Building exteriors:
We'll remove layers of pollution, dust, mold, algae and those 'dirt rivulets' that tend to accumulate on building fascia from water runoff. Our custom built washers are capable of producing variable water pressures so that we can tailor the cleaning method to the surface type and its current condition.
Depending on the surface type and the problem, we'll apply our cleaning solution and then use low water pressure or high water pressure to remove the grime and rinse it away.
Sidewalks, pathways & patios:
Keep those high-traffic and high-visibility areas looking clean and inviting. Using a combination of handheld wands and a surface cleaner, we cover large, open spaces and the hard to reach areas to scour away grime. Whether it's the walkway up to the front entrance or the seating area where your patrons eat, we'll keep it looking clean and beautiful
Parking lots & garages:
They may be dirty by nature, but once in a while, it may be necessary to clean. That could be a full cleaning from top to bottom or preparing certain areas for a new coat of paint. Or, simply target the 'direct contact' areas such as payment kiosks, stairwells and outer railings. We can also focus on specific problems like particularly thick buildup of oil and other vehicle fluids.
Drive-thrus, dumpster pads & gas pump bays:
These areas have a special problem: Oil. Buildup of petroleum, animal or vegetable oils pose significant problems in terms of their visibility and smell, safety hazards and sanitation. We use a degreaser along with high water pressure to dissolve and remove these oils.
Warehouses, walk-in coolers & freezers
MThese areas have special concerns: Regular spills over time can create safety hazards. Cold, damp storage areas are breeding grounds for mold and bacteria. Food storage and disposal areas are a magnet for rodents and insects, which then present their own health hazards.
We can use a special disinfectant that has almost no odour to clean and sanitize walls, floors and equipment. This ensures no cleaning chemical smell can transfer to any fresh foods or other materials after cleaning. Oils and fats can be tackled with a degreaser and water pressure.
Windows,
Windows, glass doors & partitions
Your storefront is the first and last impression for anyone entering or exiting the premises. Clean, streak-free glass at the entrance as well as any glass doors, partitions and flat surfaces throughout are easy ways to maintain this impression.
Clean, clear views outside are also boost employee mental state and productivity.
Our glass cleaning service includes wiping down frames, sills and door handles.
Glass door refrigerators
Keep the customer's view of products crystal clear. Even with regular wiping down, glass will show a buildup of streaks which can diminish a customer's perception of value. We not only clean both sides of the glass for a streak-free, crystal clear view, we also wipe down the handles and frames so that your display units look clean, clear and highlights your brand's commitment to quality.
Deli, meat & seafood display cases
Food on display should look appetizing for customers. But finger smudges and streaks left by day to day cleaning make it appear less sanitary, even if it's on the outside of the barrier. Glass or plexi, we'll remove any marks that stand in the way of the customer and your product.
*Adhesive residue removal
This is an add-on service to standard glass cleaning, although, light residue may come off during our standard glass cleaning. Plastic, non-scratch tools will always be attempted first along with a chemical to break the residue down.
Hardened residues or debris such as paint or silicone may require a specialized razor tool designed for glass cleaners. In these special cases, a scratch waiver would be required.
Deli, meat & seafood display cases
Screens allow that wonderful fresh air through. That also means they trap dust, pollen, pet hair and other floating particles like a coffee filter! We can clean this material off to let the air flow and keep your views to the world clear.
We will fully remove the screen when possible to provide the most thorough cleaning.
