House Wash

Using a combination of our power wash system on low pressure, we apply a cleaning solution to your home's exterior walls to destroy biological contaminants, such as mold and algae. We then rinse away the solution along with those biologicals, pollution, pollen and grime.

Because these contaminants slowly reduce the integrity of building materials, it can be an investment to give your home a good 'bath' periodically. It not only keeps it looking great, it can protect its facade and reduce the long term cost of replacing or fixing crumbling stonework and other siding material.

Roof Wash: This is an add-on service to the standard house wash. It involves applying a higher concentration of cleaning solution. Hot, humid summers are a bit shorter here in York Region, Ontario, so roof cleaning is generally not required. However, if you see any discolouration on your roof that could indicate algae or mold growth, let us know and we can take a closer look for you.

Flat Surface Cleaning: 

For those high-traffic and high-visibility areas, we apply a cleaning solution to your home's flat surfaces, such driveways, steps, pathways, sidewalk, patios, pool decks etc. to destroy biological contaminants, such as mold and algae. We then use our power wash system with appropriate tools to blast away those contaminants, dirt, grime, and stains from salt and vegetation. We tailor the cleaning solution concentration, water pressure and tools to the surface and its condition. 

For large, flat areas, we often use a 'surface cleaner' which looks like a lawnmower on casters. Instead of a spinning blade, it has a spinning bar with high pressure nozzles that scour the dirt and grime from concrete, stone, pavers and other hard surfaces.

We may use a wand with different nozzles for areas needing more detailed attention.

Graffiti, Gum and Stain Removal

Removing gum from concrete involves going into each piece with a special nozzle. Graffiti is targeted using a special chemical along with high water pressure and may require several applications. We use different chemicals to dissolve rust stains and oil stains (petroleum, animal and vegetable) and then rinse with high water pressure. These are add-on services to a standard flat surface cleaning. 

* Certain stains may be reduced, faded or even completely eliminated with our standard cleaning methods.

* Final results are dependent on the substance, the surface material's porosity and the age of the stain, so we cannot guarantee 100% removal of any stain, unfortunately.
