Glass
Windows, doors, partitions & skylights. All shapes and sizes. We'll scrub the glass to remove fingerprints, paw & nose smudges from pets, hazy film buildup, dust & dirt and mild mineral deposits from rain. We'll use a non-scratch scrubbing tool to get those tough smudges and films out. Professionally squeegeed for a streak-free finish. Edges are detailed with a lint-free cloth.
Frames & Sills: We provide a complimentary wipe-down of the surrounding frame and sill as part of our basic cleaning of the glass.
*Additional services: Heavier mineral deposits from rain or irrigation systems, such as calcium or rust, often require a separate, specialized treatment. Residue from silicon, paint or adhesives may require a more manual removal method. We'll let you know if any of these are required. We will also provide you with pricing before proceeding with any additional services.
Tracks
Tracks are often overlooked since dirty tracks aren't quite as visible as dirty glass. (They're also tough to clean out properly). Being a functional component of a window system, it's important to keep these clean and clear of debris build-up so that the window slides open and closed freely.
We'll get right into the tracks with detail brushes, vacuum and soap & water to ensure your whole window is clean, but also keep it functioning the way it was designed to.

Screens
Screens allow that wonderful fresh air through. That also means they trap dust, pollen, pet hair and other floating particles like a coffee filter! We can clean this material off to let the air flow and keep your views to the world clear.
We will fully remove the screen when possible to provide the most thorough cleaning.

Windows are normally priced by the pane of glass. For instance, two glass doors of the same size, but one has a single large pane and the other is a french door with 36 individual panes would be priced differently. Cleaning 36 small panes and detailing the frames in which they sit would take significantly longer.
Pricing is dependent on several factors including pane size, condition and accessibility. We've listed some typical examples below to provide you with an approximation for cleaning windows on outside walls. Fewer or more windows than average, larger windows, skylights, etc., will affect overall price. You may also want to include inside glass doors and partitions, mirrors or glass table tops.
