Glass (Basic Maintenance Cleaning)

Every pane scrubbed to remove fingerprints, pet nose and paw prints, hazy film buildup, dust, and mild mineral deposits from water evaporation. We use non-scratch scrubbers and mops for stubborn smudges and professional squeegees for a streak-free finish. Every edge detailed with a lint-free cloth.

Frames & Sills (Full Service Cleaning)

A deeper, more complete cleaning by scrubbing and wiping down the surrounding frame and sill. Because the area surrounding the glass has been cleaned, we can also offer the 7 Day Rain Spot Guarantee with a Full Service Cleaning.

Tracks (Add-on Service)

Tracks are the most overlooked part of any window — and the hardest to clean properly. You may not notice them much of the time, but when windows are open, they can look pretty filthy. Dirty tracks can also impede the smooth opening and closing of windows and even prevent a proper seal when windows are closed. 
We get into the tracks with our cleaning solution, cloths and detail brushes so your windows slide freely and the full window system is clean. Available as an add-on to the Inside & Outside Full Service package 

Screens (Add-on Service)

Aurora's trees and greenery are beautiful, but your screens trap pollen, dust, and pet hair like a coffee filter. We fully remove screens where possible for the most thorough clean, so air flows freely and your view stays clear.

Windows are normally priced by the pane of glass. For instance, two glass doors of the same size, but one has a single large pane and the other is a french door with 36 individual panes would be priced differently. Cleaning 36 small panes and detailing the frames in which they sit would take significantly longer. 

Pricing is dependent on several factors including pane size, condition and accessibility. We've listed some typical examples below to provide you with an approximation for cleaning windows on outside walls. Fewer or more windows than average, larger windows, skylights, etc., will affect overall price. You may also want to include inside glass doors and partitions, mirrors or glass table tops.
